- Challenge yourself. Learn something new or do puzzles and crosswords

- Meditate daily; when you go within the stuff on the outside is easier.
- Let go of what no longer serves your mind, body, spirit and home.
- Laugh more, it’s really good for your health
- Wear that special outfit, use your best linen and buy yourself flowers. Don’t wait for a special occasion, every day is special
- Text less and speak with people more often
- Connect with the power of nature and hug more trees; they really like it
- Have “me time” and take yourself out on a date
- Spend time with the elders of your tribe, they have amazing stories
- Help to bring more people up, then there will be less people feeling down
- Practice Gratitude and every night before going to sleep
- Practice frequent acts of Kindness and compassion
- Believe in miracles, YOU ARE ONE.
